Office Administrator
Location : Yogyakarta

Responsibilities:
How your days will be at INSFILO? Well, first of all, you'd love to be or at least we'd love you to be energetic to start your professional life at 9 AM sharp, safe, and sound. Why? Because you'd be the one in whom we put our loving trust to:

Perform general administrative supports that include scheduling meetings and conference calls, writing minutes and reports, mailing, filing and purchasing activities,
Produce solid and client-based winning proposals,
Produce and organize all the transaction files (invoice, receipt, reimbursement, refund, etc.),
Arrange and manage team members' travel plans (ticketing, accommodation, transport arrangement, visa application, etc.),
Process monthly payroll and handle all salary matters including tax reporting and social security contribution, and to
Perform and organize general correspondence supports.

Requirements:
Feel challenged? Great! At the least you must...

Be a female (max. 27 years old),
Have a Diploma/Bachelor Degree with minimum 1 year experience in administration (accounting/secretarial background is a plus),
Have a solid self-confidence and interpersonal skills to gain the trust and confidence of others,
Master Ms. Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
Love working with web programmers, copywriters, and designers beside tight deadlines,
Have a sense of loyalty and high level of confidentiality,
Have exceptional dual communication skills, English and Bahasa, including writing and verbal skills, and
Be efficient, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
